Fixed

• Image-subtitle detection no longer fails silently. A raise inside the OCR call (setup error before the OCR helpers' own logging) was swallowed with no log, leaving the track at und with nothing to diagnose; the exception and traceback are now logged as an [IMG-OCR] line.
