Fixed

• A subtitle language write that mkvpropedit rejects (rc=2) now falls back to the ffmpeg remux instead of silently giving up, and mkvpropedit's error reason is now logged (mkvtoolnix writes it to stdout, which the previous stderr-only capture missed — the log showed a blank reason).
