Fixed

• Retrying a failed "apply language" remux no longer turns into a re-encode. A failed audio job was escalated to a full convert on retry (right for a cleanup follow-up on a source that needs conversion, wrong for a pure remux). Escalation now only applies when the job actually removes tracks; a pure remux retries as a remux.
