Fixed
- Audio/sub cleanup no longer fails with "source file no longer exists" when an encode is discarded as larger. When a convert/combined encode grows the file but cleanup is still pending, the cleanup now runs inline in the same job instead of as a deferred follow-up that raced nzbget/Sonarr/Radarr moving the download out from under it.
