Fixed

• A corrupt or empty external subtitle (e.g. a 0-byte .eng.srt) no longer fails the whole conversion with exit 183 "Invalid data found". Each sidecar is now probed before being fed to ffmpeg as an input; unreadable ones are skipped and logged instead of aborting the encode.
