Fixed

• Scanner dropdown listed Scan=off media directories (e.g. NZBGet/SABnzbd landing zones added with Scan=off per v0.3.49), implying they would be scanned if picked. The "All configured paths" branch already filtered them out before calling startScan, but selecting one of them by name from the dropdown would still scan it — and the dropdown's mere presence of the entry contradicted v0.3.49's stated UX of "the scanner pretends the directory doesn't exist." Dropdown options now filter on auto_scan !== false && auto_scan !== 0, matching the same predicate used by handleScan. The file-tree/poster-grid mediaDirs prop is still populated from the full list — Scan=off dirs can still receive webhook-registered files that legitimately need to render in the tree.
