Fixed

• "+ Add" on Settings → Media directories silently did nothing on failure. When the backend rejected the path (common cases: path doesn't exist inside the container, isn't a directory, lands under a system prefix, or duplicates an existing entry), the awaited Promise rejection was un-caught and the user got no visual feedback. Now wraps the call in a try/catch and surfaces the backend's validation message via toast.
