Fixed

• Dropdown arrows missing on Activity / Logs / Schedule pages and a few modals. Inline style={{ background: "..." }} shorthand on <select> elements was wiping the global background-image: <chevron> rule from theme.css, so the carat indicator never rendered. Switched the affected callsites to backgroundColor: instead so the global chevron survives. Same root cause as the v0.3.22 checkbox-checkmark fix.
• Type=Other media directories no longer trigger TMDB lookups. When you add a folder and pick "Other" from the type dropdown, the scanner / watcher / metadata-refresh / poster-resolution paths now skip TMDB matching for files inside it. Previously a folder of home videos labelled "Other" would still get matched against TMDB's catalogue, producing spurious posters and original-language tags. New helper backend.media_paths.is_other_typed_dir(path) is the single gate; case-insensitive on the label.
