Fixed

• Server now only ships its libx265_preset / libx265_crf values to a remote worker when libx265 is the configured default encoder. NVENC-first servers were previously leaking the shipped hardcoded libx265 defaults (medium / CRF 20) to CPU workers, short-circuiting the NVENC→libx265 translation of the user's actual NVENC settings.
