Performance

• Queue Completed/Failed tabs were slow to load (~10-15 s on 18K completed jobs) because the list-fetch was doing SELECT * and pulling ffmpeg_log, ffmpeg_command, and encoding_stats — per-job detail columns that can each be tens of KB. Fix: list endpoints now SELECT a slim column set excluding those three; the per-job log endpoint still serves them on row expansion. Same payload for Failed (where 200KB of ffmpeg stderr per job adds up fast). Computed dynamically from PRAGMA table_info so future schema additions auto-include.
