Fixed

• NVENC capability detection skipped the test encode when nvidia-smi failed, so hosts where NVENC works but nvidia-smi isn't exposed (e.g. NVIDIA container runtime without the utility capability) showed "no NVIDIA GPU detected" on Monitor while actively converting via NVENC. Fix: always run the 1-frame test encode and trust rc==0; the test correctly fails on hosts without a real GPU.
