Add Kick API, campaign UI & i18n updates
Introduce helper functions to call Kick APIs (_kick_api_headers, _cookie_header_for_domain, _fetch_kick_json) and a unified parser (_campaigns_from_response). Use direct API requests when possible and fall back to a headless Chrome driver (previously off-screen visible) for scraping. Simplify and reuse campaign parsing, and update fetch flows to prefer unauthenticated/authenticated API endpoints with graceful fallbacks. UI: add campaign-level controls (Choose/Remove Campaign), auto-find streamers support, _get_campaign_category_id helper, and _remove_all_campaign_channels to bulk-remove queued channels; adjust add_all logic to avoid duplicates. Add new translation keys for campaign actions and messages in builtin translations and multiple locale files.
