Detect Chrome and supply executable/version to uc.Chrome
Add runtime Chrome detection and version parsing used when creating the undetected-chromedriver instance. New helpers detect candidate executables, probe versions (including Windows registry), and parse major version numbers; imports re, shutil, and subprocess were added. make_chrome_driver now uses the detected Chrome major version as version_main, supplies browser_executable_path when available, and will use a provided driver_executable_path. Also update .gitignore to ignore utils/chrome_data/ and utils/cookies/.
