The screen speaks six languages, and listens in one at a time.

v0.7.9 taught the screen's triggers German. This adds Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch beside English and German, for the weather page, the rain map, going home and asking for a camera.

It also adds Screen language, on the device under Settings -> General and in Home Assistant. Leave it on Match all and every language is matched, which is what a device does today and what a household speaking more than one wants. Set it, and only that language's words are used, so another language's ordinary word cannot bring up a page.

To be clear about what this is: it decides which pages the screen opens, not what the assistant understands or says. That is your Home Assistant pipeline's language, and always was.

English and German have been used on real devices. Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch are the common words for these few things and have not been confirmed by a native speaker on hardware yet - if something does not bring up the page it should, open an issue with the sentence and it will be fixed.

Fixed along the way: asking for the Niederschlagskarte in German opened nothing, because the rain map is reached through the weather page and no German weather word matched it.
