Cleaner logs and a rebuilt boot image.
- The Show no longer logs "vendor beamformer unavailable" and "the driver tuning is not available" at every start. Those stages read the Echo Dot's vendor files and never applied to the Show; it plays exactly as before.
- Phone: the "DNS resolution is slow" warnings (ordinary 60-100 ms lookups) are gone; only a lookup slower than a second is logged.
- The installers are now Python 3 scripts that run the same on Windows, Linux and macOS: python3 tools/install-show.py (see docs/install.md). Building it yourself, step by step for each OS: docs/building.md.
- New installs get a rebuilt boot image: the same kernel, whose rescue environment also finds the vendor files kept in the slot store.
