The clock's time zone comes from Home Assistant: the device asks for the time on each connection and applies the zone Home Assistant reports, keeps it on its own storage for when Home Assistant is away, and starts on UTC before the first connection. Images no longer carry a time zone. The rescue environment can now format a new unit's slot store (a library mkfs.ext4 needs was missing).
Root filesystem removed: it included LineageOS's vendor files (device drivers and firmware), which aren't ours to distribute. Install v0.4.1 or later instead: devices keep their own vendor files from then on.
