Wi-Fi prefers the network's 5 GHz radio: when the device has settled on 2.4 GHz and the same network is on 5 GHz with a usable signal, it moves over (and backs off for half an hour if that fails). On 2.4 GHz the chip's own Bluetooth shares the antenna, so transfers crawled with earbuds around. The image no longer records the name of the machine that built it, and builds take the time zone from the build PC.
Root filesystem removed: it included LineageOS's vendor files (device drivers and firmware), which aren't ours to distribute. Install v0.4.1 or later instead: devices keep their own vendor files from then on.
