Added a download manager to the extras section. It is a highly resilient, secure, fast and feature-rich download manager. It is designed to survive sudden power losses, OS crashes, network loss and such situations so that you won't lose your download progress under any circumstances while at the same time making up to 32 parallel connections to each server to accelerate your download speeds.
