What's New

You can now view all of details of the CIP files (Application Control binaries) directly in the File Explorer's preview pane, as if they are plain text files! AppControl Manager previews any CIP file for you simply by selecting it in File Explorer and then opening the Preview pane. This makes it extremely easy to inspect and analyze the contents of CIP files without needing to open a separate application.

The scan level fallbacks configurations you make are now persisted in the app settings and they will no longer reset. You can also use backup and restore feature in the settings page to reapply them to any other app instance. Completes the following feature request: #1209
Added support for 2 new event types processing to the MDE Advanced Hunting page: Event IDs 3091 and 3092, which are those generated by the Intelligent Security Graph (ISG) reputation and the managed installer. Completes the following feature request: #1208
Added a new Pending Reboot Operations tile to the home page under System Overview, displaying any operation that will happen by the OS during the next reboot, and also shows underlying system components that need a reboot, such as any pending driver installation, Windows Updates, domain join, computer name change etc. This new feature unlocks new information and possibilities for you to review about your system.
