Kimi-Style Footer Redesign

• Live clock display (HH:MM) on the left
• Lowercase mode badges with dedicated colors
• Color-coded context percentage: gray (normal), yellow (>75%), red (>90%)

Streaming Thinking Blocks

• Thinking/reasoning content now streams in real-time (previously only shown after completion)
• Distinct visual style with sidebar prefix (│ ) and muted italic text
• Blinking cursor while generating, matching the assistant's text behavior
• Replaced ThinkingSummary with a more capable Thinking variant

Code Quality

• Removed 6 dead code warnings (unused footer helpers, context bar, copy hint)
• Clean cargo fmt, cargo clippy, and all 306 tests passing
• Version bump to 0.3.3
