Documentation and repository tidy-up. No source code changes; no
behaviour, API, dependency, binary, or feature impact.

Removed

• All Japanese documentation (README_ja.md, CHANGELOG_ja.md,
  CONTRIBUTING_ja.md, and 12 docs/*_ja.md files). The project keeps
  a single English source of truth.
• Internal maintainer-only docs that no end user needs:
  docs/BENCHMARKS.md, docs/COMMANDS.md, docs/DESIGN.md,
  docs/RELEASE_POLICY.md, and four previously gitignored notes
  (COMPETITIVE_SCORECARD, MARKET_ANALYSIS,
  DEVELOPMENT_HISTORY, ROADMAP).
• Unreferenced asset assets/screenshot-tree.png (824 KB) and the
  now-empty scripts/ directory (held a single internal demo script).

Changed

• CONTRIBUTING.md rewritten end-to-end in English; the previous file
  mixed Japanese paragraphs into otherwise English structure.
• README.md drops the language switcher and the dead
  docs/BENCHMARKS.md link.
• .github/workflows/release.yml drops the trailing comment that
  referenced the removed docs/RELEASE_POLICY.md.
• .gitignore drops the "Internal docs" block now that the underlying
  files are gone.

What's Changed

• Remove internal and duplicate docs to keep the project lean by @Hiro-Chiba in #213
• Remove unused screenshot asset and empty scripts directory by @Hiro-Chiba in #214
