Adds live AI activity reflection. When an AI agent calls
fv --mcp-server in a separate process, the interactive fv TUI now
shows the agent's tool calls in real time.

Highlights

• Live AI activity panel and follow-mode
• Status bar shows the most recent AI tool call ([AI] claude: read_file src/auth.rs)
• File-based protocol so multiple fv processes can observe one AI session

Added

• Alt+A toggles follow-mode, opt-in so the UI never interrupts text input unexpectedly (#179)
• Alt+L opens the live activity log popup, up to 100 events with j/k navigation and Enter to jump to the path (#179)
• --follow-ai CLI flag to start with follow-mode enabled (#179)
• File-based protocol at ~/.cache/fileview/sessions/<pid>/activity.jsonl, owner-only (0600) on Unix (#179)
• Batch tools (read_files, estimate_tokens) emit one event per path so every file the AI touches is visible (#179)
