v1.16.0 - Configuration Files, Keymaps, and Themes

Adds full customization via three new config files: a main settings
file, a keymap, and a theme. CLI flags continue to take precedence over
config file values.

Highlights

• ~/.config/fileview/config.toml for general, preview, performance, and UI settings
• ~/.config/fileview/keymap.toml for mode-based keybindings
• ~/.config/fileview/theme.toml for base colors, file type colors, and git status colors

Added

• --hidden / -a and --no-hidden CLI flags for hidden file visibility
• Mode-based keymap support: browse, preview, search, confirm, fuzzy, help, filter
• Theme color formats: named colors, hex (#rgb, #rrggbb), rgb(), 256-color index

Changed

• Tree and status bar now use theme colors instead of hardcoded values
• Total test count grew from 433 to 804, including 44 new integration tests and 16 new E2E tests

Notes

New optional dependencies: toml, dirs, serde for config parsing.
