Bug Fixes
- If a user is using Vapor as their authenticator and their OAuth token expires / gets revoked, this would block usage of that account unless they found some other way to generate 2FA codes to log in normally. This is now fixed in which they can now login with just their username and password, and the authenticator will generate and input the the 2FA code automatically for them from their saved shared secret
