⚠️ Upgrade Note

Upgrading from before v3? Automatic migration of pre-v3 databases has been removed. Library recovery supports retained v3 databases and recovery snapshots; it does not import pre-v3 databases.

• Upgraded Isar from a prerelease to stable 3.4.1 and updated compatible dependencies.
• Removed 90 unused translation entries.
• Expanded regression coverage for localization, text encoding, language switching, translated layouts, and other fixes.
• Parallelized release builds, moved Android release builds to Linux, and improved dependency and native-build caching.
• Pinned Windows release builds to Visual Studio 2022 for native plugin compatibility.
• Configured Linux tests to find the Isar native library in worker isolates.
