Fixes/Changes:
- Fixes selecting versions of decks
- Fixes updating of decklist after editing a deck
- Fixes a crash when trying to open the plugins directory without it existing.
- Should fix crashes due to instant restarts when certain options where changed.
- "Arena" and "Constructed" are no longer default tags and can be deleted now. (Will still show up on decks until restarted)
