Highlights

Fixed a major precision-loss class affecting UTM-authored drawings — world_offset now derives from the median of MSPACE entity centroids instead of the DXF $EXTMIN/$EXTMAX midpoint, so a single stray entity can no longer drag the precision-preserving offset hundreds of kilometres away from the real geometry (~120× better f32 precision on affected files).
Multi-resolution mesh LOD for 3D solids (HIGH / MID / LOW), picked per frame by projected pixel size.
Hatch LOD: solid-fill substitution when pattern spacing falls below ~2 px + draw-call skip when the hatch projects to sub-pixel size.
Zoom-adaptive curve tolerance for top-level wires (Phase 3.2) so far-out arcs no longer emit hundreds of segments that collapse onto one pixel.
