• Fixed flickering during notification initialization by preventing window rendering before positioning is complete.

• Improved system performance by implementing lazy key caching and removing LINQ overhead in ControlWriterManager, while optimizing FlowPanel layout logic with intelligent caching -delivering a colossal performance boost visible to the naked eye and ensuring completely lag-free button and page animations during transitions for a perfectly fluid experience.
• Updated Widgets removal process. It now also uninstalls StartExperiencesApp to ensure complete removal. Removed GetStarted from the list. This is a core system component, and forcing its removal could lead to system instability.
• Updated UI elements to use BitmapCache for all DropShadowEffect instances, significantly reducing GPU/CPU overhead during animations.
• Updated the Microsoft Edge removal and Security notifications disabling tweaks proposed by @XMontech1337X.
• Updated Hungarian language localization (#93) contributed by @JohnFowler58.
• Updated all localizations by the agent, so some inaccuracies may be present.
• Added a new tweak on the System page Pause Windows Updates (#94).
• Added Microsoft Paint to the application removal list for Windows 11 users.
• Added dynamic shadow effects to status indicators using optimized rendering techniques.
• Added new service tweaks for Microsoft Edge update services and the Multimedia Class Scheduler Service proposed by @XMontech1337X.
• Added a new ColorPicker user element based on shaders, updating cursor selection and tooltip color tweaks to allow choosing any custom color.
