** This is a patch of 1.7.824 to fix the desktop shortcut created by the installer and fix H4 Xbox maps crashing
- migrated the application to .NET 6
- if you do not already have it, you may need to install the .NET 6 Desktop Runtime
- export multiple uv maps to collada when possible
- support new builds of Halo4 and Halo 2 Anniversary Multiplayer maps from the December 2022 update
- include all slices of 3D textures when saving to DDS
