Three bug fixes:
- Hook reinstall: Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI hook installers now always remove and reinstall the hook. Users upgrading from older graphify versions no longer get stuck with a broken hook format that causes PreToolUse errors (#182)
- Windows CRLF: rationale node labels no longer contain bare carriage returns when processing files with CRLF line endings. This was silently breaking Obsidian exports on Windows and WSL (#176)
- Windows skill: skill-windows.md now includes --wiki, --obsidian-dir, and --directed which were missing compared to the main skill (#177)
