Changes in version 34:
- fix location estimation based on nearby Wi-Fi access points by not ignoring the results of the legacy WifiManager#startScan(), which doesn't have an unprivileged modern version

This update is available to GrapheneOS users via our app repository and will also be bundled into the next OS release.
