Previous stable release: 0.9.9.15

This is an additional fix on top of 0.9.9.15, not an alpha for 0.9.9.15 like conventional naming would suggest. It will eventually get released into the next stable release.

Notes

• The settings menu should be operable again.
• The logging for loading the config file has been made even more clear.
