New Features
- Local code customization will be experimentally enabled for select users to
improve code suggestions. Additional files in the user's local directory
will be opened when code generation is requested. Files will be scored and
included in the prompt based on relevance to the active context. - Context source panel now provided in chat showing which file was included in
the user’s chat request

- Improved error handling and messaging in both the code editor and in chat.
Error specific actions are now provided to better assist users in resolving
errors
