- Cloud Run timeout: Increased deployment timeout to 3600 seconds, preventing long running deployments from failing.
- Gcloud dependency beta removal: Removed the usage of gcloud alpha commands since all features are now in General Availability or in Beta.
- Convenient bug reporting: Added a webview to conveniently upload stack traces for bug reports.
- Suppress feedback notification: Added feature to suppress error feedback notification based on frequency.
- Remove out-of-context Cloud Code commands: Removed unnecessary commands from the palette that are out of context.
Bug Fixes
- Changed default service and image names to kebab case to deal with spaces, symbols, and uppercase letters present in workspace folder name. #436
- Surface errors due to unknown Skaffold API version in skaffold.yaml.
- Better recovery from an unsuccessful gcloud installation.
- Improved error handling when using the minikube status bar.
