New Features
sync::ObjectIdMapfor a very limited sharded hashmap implementation.
It's used only internally, but as capabilities are needed, these will be added.

note that crates have been renamed from
git-*togix-*.
This also means that thegit-*prefixed crates of thegitoxideproject
are effectively unmaintained.
Use the crates with thegix-*prefix instead.If you were using
git-repository, thengixis its substitute.
