- remove object_hash from pipeline::Options
This is a follow-up to #2926, #2919 and other PRs. It makes hash
selection explicit ingix_filter::pipeline::Pipeline::newand removes
object_hashfromgix_filter::pipeline::Options. This change removes
the risk that callers inadvertently get SHA-1 through
#[derive(Default)]in SHA-1/SHA-256 builds without noticing.
