Bug Fixes

• skip classification markers in flattened error chains

  ClassificationMarker supplies recovery metadata without a diagnostic of its
  own. Flattened error chains exposed these markers as extra causes: an
  intrinsically classified leaf gained a trailing Validation or Conflict,
  and a source-bearing tag repeated the diagnostic of the error it wrapped.

  Skip markers during ChainedError::source() traversal and promote the first
  real diagnostic when converting a marker-rooted Exn to anyhow::Error.
  Align the public Error source chain in auto-chain-error mode with its
  existing display promotion so tagged roots appear only once. Keep markers
  stored internally for classification and tree recovery, and preserve the
  root display fallback for marker-only errors.
