New Features

• add implicit-aware string lookups

  Optional configuration settings may need to distinguish an absent key from
  a present key without an = separator. Previously, callers had to resolve
  sections manually to retain that distinction and apply metadata filters.

  Add File::string_implicit() with component and filtered variants, returning
  None for absence, Some(None) for an implicit value, and Some(Some(value))
  for normalized explicit bytes. The last accepted occurrence wins, including
  implicit occurrences. Reuse this resolution for boolean access without
  changing existing string() or raw_value() behavior.
