• add docs-rs metadata so that crates can build on docs.rs

• ein t hours -p now respects co-authored-by message trailers.
  They are also passed through the mailmap, and are deduplicated.
• add sha1 and sha256 features to gix.
  This way one can control which hashes are compiled in exactly,
  while having reasonable defaults automatically.
