Sync Migration Fix
gentle-ai sync now properly refreshes stale SDD orchestrator blocks in prompt files. Users upgrading from older versions no longer need to reinstall — sync handles the migration automatically.
Quality Fixes (Judgment Day)
Three rounds of adversarial dual-judge review caught and fixed:
- Duplicate embed directive in
