Highlights

• Added per-phase Claude model assignments for SDD. Claude Code can now default to opus for orchestration and architecture, sonnet for implementation-heavy phases, and haiku for archive flows.
• Improved startup self-update version handling with a safer BuildInfo fallback, so version resolution stays correct even when ldflags are missing or incomplete.
• Smoothed the upgrade UX by fixing spinner behavior and preventing stdin hangs on Windows.

Why this release matters

This release makes SDD much cheaper to run in Claude Code without giving up strong defaults, and it also tightens the update path across platforms.
