gentle-ai v1.36.5 — Windows self-replace & stricter delegation

Highlights

• Windows installer self-replace — gentle-ai can now replace its own running binary on Windows during upgrade, so self-upgrade works end-to-end on Windows like it does elsewhere (closes #167).
• Hard delegation gates enforced — the SDD orchestrator now enforces its delegation triggers as hard stop rules (Claude, Codex, and OpenCode orchestrators), so heavy work is delegated to sub-agents instead of inflating the main thread.

Fixes & tests

• test(codex): assert the remote Context7 MCP block is written for Codex.
