gentle-ai v1.36.3 — Codex permissions & remote Context7

Hardens Codex configuration: remote Context7 wiring and correct permission handling.

What changed

• Remote Context7 MCP for Codex — Context7 is now written as a remote block (url = "...") in ~/.codex/config.toml, and any legacy local stdio block (command/args via npx) is migrated away cleanly while preserving unrelated config.
• Codex permissions configured — permission blocks are injected correctly for Codex instead of being skipped.
• Versioned env templates allowed — env templates carrying a version suffix are now accepted rather than rejected.
