SDD
- Interactive SDD approval is now phase-scoped across runtimes. Words like
continue,dale, orgo onapprove only the immediate next phase, not the full SDD pipeline. - Proposal work now asks better product questions before locking the proposal. The SDD proposal phase guides agents to uncover business rules, impact, edge cases, decision gaps, scope boundaries, and tradeoffs before finalizing proposal assumptions.
- Fast-forward planning respects interactive mode. Claude and OpenCode SDD planning commands now distinguish interactive phase gates from automatic back-to-back execution.
- Generated assets and golden snapshots are aligned. The updated behavior is covered across orchestrator assets, proposal executors, shared SDD skills, preserved prompt migration, and rendered golden outputs.
📦 Install / Upgrade
Upgrade from the TUI (Upgrade tools) or re-run the install script. Prebuilt binaries for macOS, Linux, and Windows (amd64 / arm64) are attached below, verify against checksums.txt.
