Summary

• Fixed Pi Engram MCP wiring so Pi installs declare pi-mcp-adapter, add the npm dependency, and activate .pi/mcp.json with directTools.
• Fixed mixed TUI installs so choosing Pi together with OpenCode, Claude Code, or other agents still shows and runs the Pi package setup.
• Preserves unrelated Pi settings, npm dependencies, and MCP servers while refreshing Engram access.
