• sdd-onboard registered for OpenCode and Cursor (#199) — command file, overlay JSON entries, Go registration, and Cursor agent file added. /sdd-onboard now works across all agents.

• help command (#190) — gentle-ai help, --help, -h now show available commands, usage, and flags. Unknown commands suggest running gentle-ai help.
• version before system guards (#192) — gentle-ai version now works immediately on any platform, including unsupported Linux distros. No more backup spinner delay.
