Engram v1.9.6 — Neutral Truncation Wording

Improves the truncation hint wording in mem_search results to be more neutral and less directive.

What Changed

• Softer truncation hints — replaced imperative wording with neutral language so agents aren't forced to always fetch full content for every search result, only when they actually need the complete text
