Engram v1.9.3 — Windows MCP Crash Fix

Fixes a crash on Windows when launching Engram as an MCP server from agents that don't set a HOME directory.

Bug Fix

• Home directory fallback — added a fallback path resolution for Windows environments where %USERPROFILE% / %HOME% are not set (common in MCP subprocess launches), preventing a nil-pointer crash on startup
