Engram v1.9.0 — Update Notifications

Engram now checks for new versions on startup and shows an update notice in the TUI dashboard.

What's New

• Automatic version check — on startup, Engram queries the latest GitHub release and compares it to the running version
• TUI update banner — if a newer version is available, the dashboard shows a notification with the new version number and upgrade command
• Non-blocking — the check runs in the background and never delays startup
