Engram v1.5.2 — OpenCode Local Model Fix

Fixes a crash when using local LLM models with the OpenCode plugin.

Bug Fix

• System prompt concatenation — the OpenCode plugin now concatenates system prompts instead of pushing multiple entries, avoiding multi-system-message errors that local models (Ollama, LM Studio, etc.) reject (#23)
